We do our very best to accommodate everyone and our staff will gladly assist you. If your mobility is impaired your best bet is Le Rendezvous which has disabled lavatory facilities on the same floor. Access to Le Rendezvous from Charterhouse Street involves two 5 inch high steps. Unfortunately there is no ramp available. The door is 3 feet wide into a lobby with a tight right-hand turn into the dining area.

The entrance to Le Café and Le Grenier is at the end of a cobbled mews and is approximately 40 yards from Charterhouse Square and Charterhouse Street The usual entrance door is 3 feet wide and has two steps, one of 2 inches and the other of 8 inches. Le Café has an alternative entrance which can be used for wheelchair access. The door is 3 feet 4 inches wide and has two 5 inch teps up to it. Unfortunately, due to Listed Building constraints, Le Grenier restaurant is accessible only via a spiral staircase, although it does have a (non-adapted) lavatory on the same floor. The lavatory in Le Café, however, is down a steep staircase.
