All reservations are made via our third-party booking provider, OpenTable.
- When making a booking, you will be redirected to OpenTable, and their terms and conditions will also apply.
- We are not responsible for any issues arising from the use of OpenTable’s platform.
- We reserve the right to amend or cancel reservations where necessary.
We may contact you to confirm your booking.
4. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
- We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.
- For bookings of more than 5 guests, a fee of £25 per person will be charged in the event of:
- No-shows
- Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice)
Cancellations should be made via OpenTable or by contacting us directly.
5. Deposits & Payments
For certain bookings, deposits or card details may be required.
- Payments and deposits are processed securely via OpenTable, which uses Stripe as its payment processor.
- We do not store or have access to your full payment card details.
- All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
6. Allergens & Dietary Requirements
We take food safety and allergen management extremely seriously.
- Please inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements at the time of booking and remind your server when you arrive and place your order.
- We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary requirements where possible.
- Information about allergens contained in our dishes is available upon request.
Important: While we follow strict food preparation procedures, all food is prepared in kitchens where allergens are present. As such, we cannot guarantee that any dish is completely free from traces of allergens due to the risk of cross-contamination.
Customers with severe allergies or dietary concerns should consider this risk before dining with us.
7. Menus & Availability
- Our menus are subject to change without notice.
- Certain dishes may be unavailable due to seasonal or supply factors.
8. Behaviour & Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service or entry to any customer whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or unsafe to staff or other guests.
